USA Gymnastics National Congress was three days of education with over 150 sessions. Lectures were given by recognized top professionals in the field of gymnastics. The sessions provided on coaching, judging, business, preschool, recreational, sports science, fitness, and cheerleading. We were so excited about the opportunity to learn from the leading experts in all six disciplines, Women’s, Men’s, Rhythmic, Acrobatics, Group Gymnastics and Trampoline & Tumbling.

The coaches learned a lot of new things and can’t wait to share what they have learned with Exxcel students!

Exxcel's Summer Camp 2010 ~ Carnival Week!

Spring Session – During spring session, we will meet outdoors at Hammond Woods a couple of times.  This is the most fun part of my job, and probably the pinnacle of the climbing year for most young climbers.  Climbers will have the opportunity to put the skills they have developed on our indoor wall to the test and feel the exhilaration of climbing real rock.   

Summer camp – Then, during the summer, our climbing camp takes the kids outside climbing for three full days each week.  These days are amazing!  We have incredible fun and learn climbing technique that would normally take months to learn.  The camp takes us to Hammond woods, to College Rock and for two indoor days of climbing, playing, and swimming each week.   The whole camp is organized around an adventure education curriculum that teaches teamwork, leadership, problem solving, and technical skill.  You can sign up for one week or as many as you like.  So definitely don’t miss this awesome opportunity to grow, learn, and just have fun!  You can get more detailed information in Exxcel’s office.
