Exxcel Gymnastics and Climbing is excited to offer two fantastic clinics: the Back Handspring Clinic and the Cartwheel Clinic. The Back Handspring Clinic focuses on helping athletes refine their technique and gain confidence in executing this dynamic skill, perfect for those looking to advance in gymnastics. The Cartwheel Clinic is designed for younger gymnasts or beginners to master the basics of cartwheels, building strength, coordination, and confidence. Both clinics provide expert instruction and a supportive environment for skill development.
